Averham Park Farm Facilities

Averham Park has been purposely designed to be an efficient working environment, all three barns have labour friendly muck trailer ramp access points and each with easy access loading bays. A large storage barn with convenient access to each barn with linking pathways.

87 Indoor & Enclosed Boxes

Housed within three light and airy American style barns for 40, 26 and 21 horses. Each box has rubber floor mats, anti cast blocks and in part equipped with external windows.

Horse Walkers accommodating up to 26 horses, two 8 horse walkers & two 5 horse walkers.

Recently renewed in 2021, The high quality PolyTrack all-weather gallops are 4.5m wide and have safety running rails covering the entire gallops and are linked by wax basalt walk back tracks. Alongside the tarmac road allows easy access to all areas of the gallops. 3 bay starting stalls available. The gallops & grounds are maintained by the estates manager within the rental payment

1 Furlong Covered Ride & 2 Covered Lunging Rings

Below the stables, close to the beginning of the gallops, is the covered ride, about 1 furlong round with a viewing platform and lighting. Set within the centre of the covered ride, these all-weather surfaced lunge rings also benefiting from lighting.

Extensive Turnout Paddocks & Grounds

Fully maintained by the estates manager with our own maintained machinery.

Convenient office with high speed over the air internet, provide another working space for up to five desks and filing.
